NO RETURN POLICY

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The exchange request is made within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items without original tags or packaging.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Provide your order number and product images if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back, or we may arrange a pickup depending on your location.

4. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the exchange is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
